• Any cancellation must be initiated by you in advance of the trip start time. Cancellation after the trip start time will result in no refund. Methods of cancellation are email, phone or fax stating the reason you need to cancel.

• Cancellation fees will be based upon the number of days prior to trip departure and any out of pocket expenses incurred on your behalf in arranging your tour as listed below. For example, hotel, train, and other tour concessions may charge AK Superior Tours a cancellation fee. These fees will be subtracted from your refund.

• Cancel 30 days or more in advance of your trip - 97% refund minus any fees incurred by AK Superior Tours on your behalf to arrange your tour.

• If you cannot complete your trip due to a verified events such as acts of war, natural disasters, volcanoes, extreme weather, earthquake or natural disaster that makes it dangerous or impossible to safely undertake the tour, a full refund less $200 USD per day chartered (regardless of whether it is a half or full day charter) will be issued. You may also choose to keep a full credit with AK Superior Tours, LLC for use on a future charter. We cannot guarantee that the same itinerary will cost the same in the future due to inherent cost fluctuations.

• Changes may occur due to circumstances beyond our control and AK Superior Tours, LLC reserves the right to make adjustments and substitution accordingly.  AK Superior Tours, LLC does not assume responsibility for additional costs that maybe accrued for hotel, transportation or meals outside of tour listings that occur due to circumstances beyond our control.

Hold Harmless and Indemnification

• The passenger(s) and booking agents agree to indemnify and hold harmless AK Superior Tours, LLC, its officers, employees, agents, and contractors, from any and all claims, losses, damages, injuries, liabilities, or expenses arising out of or in connection with the use of the charter bus service. This includes, but is not limited to, any accidents, injuries, property damage, or any other loss incurred during travel, boarding, or disembarking from the bus, except as a result of gross negligence or intentional misconduct on the part of AK Superior Tours LLC.

• By paying for charter bus service, you acknowledge that you are bound by this Hold Harmless and Indemnification Clause. If you do not agree to these terms, you must immediately notify AK Superior Tours LLC prior to making payment or participation in the service.

• AK Superior Tours, LLC recommends travel insurance of your choice.
